Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Complete assigned training, maintain cash drawers, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns. Execute daily operational tasks including planogram updates, inventory cycle counts, and merchandise stocking. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, perform in-store services like battery testing and code scanning, and make deliveries when required. Multitask between phone and store interactions while promoting company programs such as the Low-Price Guarantee. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
