Job Summary
Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, supports store management, greets customers, assists with part lookups and price quotes, and processes payments. Responsibilities include handling exchanges/returns, addressing complaints, assisting with daily image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves, freight receival, inventory adjustments, and performing in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, charging systems, scanning vehicle trouble codes, replacing headlight capsules) after training. Occasional delivery driving may be required. Desired: bilingual ability (Spanish), familiarity with automotive parts and systems, and ASE certification.
