The Parts Specialist provides exceptional service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, processing transactions, managing inventory, and completing various operational tasks. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
