Job Summary
Provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, greet and assist customers in selecting merchandise, support store management with assigned tasks, process phone and in-store inquiries, handle cash/credit transactions, process exchanges/returns, maintain stock and planograms, operate store test equipment after training, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service
- Multitask effectively handling customers in-store and on the phone
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
- Knowledge of automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification (desired)
