Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management in various tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, handling phone inquiries, maintaining cash drawer accuracy, processing exchanges and returns, resolving customer complaints, and performing daily operational tasks. The specialist may operate store test equipment and provide in-store services under state law, along with making deliveries as needed. Key skills include customer service excellence, multitasking, and the ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences, while previous automotive knowledge and ASE certification are preferred.

- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
