Job Summary
Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, assisting with merchandise selection, quotes, and related selling programs; supports store management with daily tasks, cash handling, exchanges/returns, and in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, trouble codes) while maintaining planograms and inventory. Requires strong customer service, ability to multitask between phone and in-store interactions, familiarity with automotive parts, and ASE certification as a desirable credential; bilingual (Spanish) candidates encouraged. The role includes occasional delivery duties and adherence to company policies, with a comprehensive benefits package and promote-from-within culture.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Multitasking in-store and on the phone
- Familiarity with automotive parts and sales or service (ASE certification preferred)
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
