Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, assist with daily operational tasks, and support store management. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, maintaining the cash drawer, processing transactions, and resolving customer complaints. Required skills include the ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service, while desired qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts and fluency in Spanish.
