Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assisting them in selecting merchandise and completing assigned tasks to support store management. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, handling inventory, resolving complaints, and performing various operational tasks and in-store services within legal parameters. Candidates are required to have strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask. Knowledge of automotive parts and a bilingual ability are desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask handling customers on the phone and in the store
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Experience with weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
