Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, assist store management, and support customer interactions both in-store and over the phone. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, managing inventory, and resolving customer complaints. Ideal candidates should possess strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and familiarity with automotive parts. This role may also involve hands-on customer services like installing parts and operating store test equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
