Job Summary
Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, supports store management, greets customers, assists in selecting merchandise, looks up parts and quotes prices, handles cash and card transactions, processes exchanges/returns, assists with daily image maker and planogram tasks, stocks shelves, performs in-store services (e.g., replace wiper blades, test batteries), and may drive a delivery vehicle when needed. Bilingual candidates encouraged; ASE certification desired; familiarity with automotive parts and cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service is a plus. The role emphasizes customer service, multi-tasking across in-store and phone interactions, maintaining cash integrity, and supporting store operations and training.
