Job Summary
Provide high level customer service to retail and installer customers, assist management with tasks, and support in-store operations including cash handling, returns processing, and basic car-care services (e.g., test batteries, wipers, codes). Handle phone inquiries, quote parts, and upsell related items while promoting company programs. Occasional delivery driving may be required. Bilingual candidates encouraged (Spanish highly desired).
