Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, assisting with product selection and supporting store management tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, fulfilling customer service needs, managing cash transactions, processing exchanges, and resolving complaints. The role involves daily operational tasks such as managing inventory and performing in-store services, with driving duties as needed. Required skills include matching alphanumeric sequences, strong customer service, and multitasking abilities. Bilingual candidates and those with automotive knowledge are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
