Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver exceptional service to retail and installer customers in selecting merchandise and addressing their inquiries. Key responsibilities include promoting company service programs, assisting with customer transactions, managing the cash drawer, handling exchanges and returns, and performing daily operational tasks such as stocking shelves and maintaining inventory. The role also involves operating store test equipment and offering various in-store services for customers, driving for deliveries as required. Applicants should possess multitasking abilities, outstanding customer service skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
