Job Summary
As a Parts Specialist, you will deliver exceptional service to retail and installer customers. Your key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, handling phone inquiries, maintaining the cash drawer, processing transactions, and resolving customer complaints. You will also support daily operational tasks, such as inventory management and merchandise returns. Required skills include the ability to provide professional customer service, multitasking, and matching alphanumeric sequences. Familiarity with automotive parts and proficiency in multiple languages are desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
