Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality service to retail and installer customers, assisting store management, and completing assigned tasks. Essential functions include greeting customers, assisting with product selection, processing transactions, addressing customer complaints, performing operational tasks, and operating store equipment after training completion. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and are encouraged to apply if bilingual, especially in Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
