Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide a high level of service to retail and installer customers, assist store management, and promote company customer service programs. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, resolving complaints, managing inventory, and performing in-store services. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
