Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers while promoting programs like Hi-5 and the Low-Price Guarantee. Maintain the cash drawer, process exchanges and returns, and perform daily operational tasks including image maker updates, stocking shelves, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle. Complete assigned company training and handle various in-store services such as installing wipers and testing batteries. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
