Job Summary
Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, greets customers, assists with merchandise selection, quotes prices, and processes transactions. Supports store management with assigned tasks, participates in related selling programs, conducts exchanges/returns per policy, handles customer complaints, and assists with daily image maker and planogram updates. Performs in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing/changing batteries, diagnosing vehicle trouble codes) and may occasionally drive a delivery vehicle. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Essential duties include following customer service programs, accurately looking up parts, and maintaining cash drawers, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and operating store equipment per training. Desired qualifications include automotive parts familiarity, ASE certification, and multilingual ability (Spanish).
