Job Summary
Parts Specialist at O’Reilly Auto Parts provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, assists store management with tasks, and supports professional customers. Responsibilities include greeting customers, selecting merchandise, quoting prices, offering related items, handling cash/credit transactions, processing exchanges/returns, addressing complaints, performing daily store operations (stocking, planogram updates, image maker), and assisting with vehicle-related in-store services and deliveries when needed. Desired: familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and ASE certification; bilingual Spanish is highly desired. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, accurate transactions, inventory/planogram tasks, and collaborative support to store management and technicians.
