Parts Specialist

Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls to quote prices and recommend parts, and process exchanges and returns. Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers, maintain and secure the cash drawer, and handle credit card transactions. Complete daily image maker and planogram updates, including stocking shelves and cleaning, while performing inventory cycle counts and stock adjustments. Operate brake lathe and store test equipment after training, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle for business needs. Match alphanumeric sequences and multitask between phone and store interactions. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
