Job Summary
Provide high level customer service to retail and installer customers; assist store management in assigned tasks; greet customers, help them select merchandise, look up parts and quote prices, and offer related items; process cash/credit transactions, exchanges, and returns per policy; resolve customer complaints; assist with daily image maker and planogram updates, stocking, and fronting; operate brake lathe and other store equipment after training; occasional driving to make deliveries when needed; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; training and benefits package offered, with opportunities for career growth within O'Reilly Auto Parts.
