Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide excellent service to retail and installer customers, assist store management, and perform various daily operational tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, helping with merchandise selection, processing transactions, resolving complaints, and assisting with inventory tasks. Required skills include strong customer service capabilities and the ability to multitask. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts and certification in automotive service.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging knowledge
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
