Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assist in tasks assigned by store management, handle cash transactions, manage exchanges and returns, resolve customer complaints, and perform daily operational tasks including inventory management and in-store customer services. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Experience with cataloging and weatherly index system
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish
