Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality service to retail and installer customers, including promptly greeting customers, assisting them in selecting merchandise, and handling customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone per company policy. Duties include maintaining cash drawer accuracy, processing returns, resolving complaints, and conducting various operational tasks. The role may also involve in-store services for customers and occasional delivery driving, contingent upon meeting driving eligibility requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging knowledge
- Weatherly index system familiarity
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
