Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide retail and installer customers with high-level service, assist store management, greet customers, answer phone calls, manage transactions, resolve complaints, and complete various operational tasks in support of store functions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
