Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, manage cash transactions, and resolve complaints. Responsibilities include completing company training, helping with daily operational tasks such as inventory counts and stock adjustments, and occasionally making deliveries when needed. Required skills include the ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service; familiarity with automotive parts is a plus. - Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
