Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management in various operational tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, handling phone queries, managing cash transactions, processing returns, addressing customer complaints, and performing in-store services when qualified. The ideal candidate must have strong multitasking abilities, exceptional customer service skills, and familiarity with automotive parts and related services. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
