Job Summary
Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, support store management with assigned tasks, greet customers, lookup parts, quote prices, process transactions, maintain cash drawer, handle exchanges/returns, assist with stocking and planogram updates, perform in-store services and occasional deliveries, with a bilingual preference and ASE certification as a desirable credential.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
Desired Qualifications
- ASE certification
- Bilingual (Spanish highly desired)
- Customer-service oriented
- Knowledge of automotive parts and sales
- Experience with cash handling and credit card transactions
- Stocking shelves and planogram updates
- Delivery/vehicle operation experience (driver eligibility)
