Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing excellent service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management, and promoting company customer service programs. Duties include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining transactions, and performing in-store services such as installing wipers and testing batteries. Candidates should possess strong multitasking abilities and exceptional customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
