Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service. The role includes greeting customers, assisting in selecting merchandise, helping professional customers, processing calls and transactions, maintaining cash drawer, handling exchanges/returns, addressing customer complaints, stocking shelves and planogram updates, and performing in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, diagnosing vehicle trouble codes, and replacing headlight capsules). Occasional delivery driving may be required. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. The position emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, inventory tasks, and adherence to company policies and training, with opportunities for career growth within O’Reilly Auto Parts.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Multitask while assisting customers in-store and on the phone
- Ability to process cash transactions and handle exchanges/returns per policy
- Driving record must meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

- ASE certification (desired)
