Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, greet walk-in customers, look up parts and quote prices, recommend related items, and process cash, credit, and returns. The role supports store management, completes training, handles calls per policy, assists professional customers, manages stock and merchandising tasks (image maker, planogram updates, freight receival, stocking, fronting), and may operate a delivery vehicle when needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; familiarity with automotive parts and ASE certification are desirable. The position emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, cash handling, and adherence to company policies and training.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Multitasking between in-store and phone interactions
- Knowledge of automotive parts and cataloging is preferred
- Spanish language ability is highly desired
- ASE certification preferred or desired
