Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, supports store management, and manages customer transactions including cash handling and order processing. This role requires multitasking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist in various operational tasks including inventory management and in-store services. Essential skills include the ability to match alphanumeric sequences and provide friendly customer service. Desired qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts and the ability to speak multiple languages.

- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications

- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
