Parts Specialist

Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality service to retail and installer customers, greeting customers courteously, assisting in merchandise selection, and resolving customer complaints. Responsibilities also include managing cash transactions, processing exchanges, and performing operational tasks like inventory counts and stocking shelves. Ideal candidates will have strong multitasking abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and preferably some familiarity with automotive parts and services.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts

- weatherly index system
- and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
Additional Requirements
- Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements
