Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will enhance customer service for retail and installer customers, assist store management, maintain cash drawers, process customer transactions, and perform various operational tasks while promoting company service programs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to match alphanumeric sequences quickly
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
