Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level customer service to retail and installer clients, assisting with merchandise selection and maintaining store operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, addressing inquiries, managing cash transactions, processing returns, resolving complaints, assisting with inventory tasks, and performing in-store services for customers. Ideal candidates possess strong multitasking skills and a friendly demeanor, with a preference for those familiar with automotive parts and fluent in Spanish. - Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
