Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to both retail and installer customers, assist store management with tasks, and promote customer service programs. Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling transactions, resolving complaints, and completing daily operational tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
