Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service. This position will also support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include greeting customers, assisting with parts selection, looking up parts and quoting prices, processing cash/credit transactions, handling exchanges/returns, maintaining stock and planograms, and performing in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, charging systems, reading trouble codes). Occasional deliveries may be required; bilingual abilities (Spanish) are encouraged. Training and compliance with company programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, etc.) are expected, along with ensuring courteous service and adherence to policies. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service
- Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store simultaneously
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
