Job Summary
The Parts Specialist focuses on providing excellent service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management. Responsibilities include promoting company customer service programs, greeting and assisting customers, handling cash and transactions, processing exchanges and returns, addressing complaints, and performing various in-store services. Required skills include the ability to match alphanumeric sequences and provide professional customer service, as well as multitasking capabilities. Desired qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts and sales, ASE certification, and fluency in Spanish.
