Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide excellent customer service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product selection, handling cash transactions, processing returns, addressing complaints, and performing various operational tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
