Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides exceptional service to both retail and installer customers, assisting with merchandise selection and resolving customer complaints. Responsibilities include following customer service programs, maintaining the cash drawer, processing transactions, managing exchanges, and performing daily operational tasks. The role requires the ability to multitask and deliver friendly, professional service while handling phone and in-store customers simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
