Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver high-quality service to retail and installer customers, assist management with tasks, and support the retail environment through customer interactions, merchandise selection, and service tasks. This role involves greeting customers, answering phone inquiries, processing transactions accurately, handling returns and exchanges, maintaining operational tasks, and potentially performing in-store services where permitted. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are encouraged to apply.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
