Job Summary

The Parts Specialist provides high-level customer service to retail and installer customers, assisting them in selecting merchandise. Duties include greeting customers, supporting managers, maintaining the cash drawer, processing payments, and resolving complaints. The role also involves daily operational tasks, inventory management, and performing in-store services, such as installing automotive parts. Ideal candidates are able to multitask and must have strong customer service skills. Additional desirable skills include familiarity with automotive parts and ASE certification.
