Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service to retail and installer customers, assist managers and service specialists, and support store operations including stocking, pricing, and planogram updates. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, handling phone inquiries, processing exchanges/returns, managing cash and credit card transactions, resolving complaints, performing in-store services (e.g., wiper installs, battery tests), and occasional vehicle deliveries. Candidates with automotive parts knowledge, multilingual abilities, and familiarity with inventory and sales processes are encouraged to apply.
