Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional installer customers with parts selection and service needs. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, updating planograms, processing exchanges and returns, and maintaining the cash drawer. Perform in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, scanning trouble codes, and operating brake lathes after training. Match alphanumeric sequences, handle credit card transactions, and drive delivery vehicles when business needs dictate. Complete assigned company training and support store management in accomplishing assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
