Job Summary
Parts Specialist will provide high level service to retail and installer customers and support store management in assigned tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting in selection of merchandise, handling phone inquiries, processing exchanges and returns, maintaining cash drawer and handling transactions, and performing daily store operations (stocking, planogram updates, image maker, freight receival). In-store services include installing wipers, testing batteries and charging systems, scanning vehicle trouble codes, and other duties as trained. Occasional delivery driving may be required. Bilingual candidates are encouraged; Spanish highly desired. Training and career-growth opportunities are highlighted, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
