Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing high-level customer service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management, and assisting customers with their selections. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining cash drawer accuracy, processing exchanges and returns, handling customer complaints, and performing various daily operational tasks. Required skills include the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and deliver outstanding service. The position encourages applicants with automotive parts knowledge and requires a combination of relevant customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
