Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management with assigned tasks. Responsibilities include promoting company customer service programs, greeting customers, assisting in selections, answering phone calls, maintaining cash drawer accuracy, processing returns, and addressing customer complaints. The role requires multitasking and providing operational support including freight receival and inventory counts. Training on operating store test equipment and performing various in-store services for customers is included. Candidates are sought who can quickly match alphanumeric sequences and deliver friendly, professional service.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
