Job Summary
The Parts Specialist role involves providing high-level service to retail and installer customers while assisting store management with assigned tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, answering calls, accurately maintaining cash transactions, handling exchanges and returns, addressing customer complaints, completing store operational tasks, operating store equipment, and performing in-store services as permitted. Suitable candidates should demonstrate strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and are encouraged to apply if bilingual.
