Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and assist in customer transactions. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, processing transactions, handling exchanges and returns, maintaining stock, and operating store test equipment. Strong multitasking skills are essential, along with a commitment to customer service. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
