Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, assist with parts selection, and answer phone inquiries to quote prices and recommend items. Process exchanges, returns, and credit card transactions while maintaining the cash drawer. Complete daily image maker updates, planogram changes, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathes and test equipment after training, and perform vehicle services like battery testing and code scanning. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle. Multitask between phone and store interactions while promoting company programs such as the Low-Price Guarantee. Bilingual candidates encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
